I think you should tell them only if they are ENABLING the situation or the addcit to continue using.If the addict has not affected you or youre parents with his behaviour and youre sister doesnt seem to want to do anything about it,THAT IS HER CHOICE AND YOU ARE NO ONE TO MIX,IN HER LIFE.The only reason to tell on the addcit is when the addcit is abusing the person without the person knowing the truth.If the addcit has not affected in any manner youre parents life,they dont need to know.If in change they are giving money to the addcit or to youre sister because she doesnt have any because the addcit is sopending it all,then you should tell because their actions are enabling the addcit.
