Absolutely! That is really interesting about the outer planets taking over, you mean the houses are controlling? Saturn is always a toughie. I can't remember for sure, I think my xhb had Pisces rising. I have Scorpio rising, suns in the same signs reversed. Talk about karmic lessons! Pluto is also about transformation and resurrection, the flip side of addiction. Lots of power there.
