I love this TV show. I was blessed to attend a talk by the life coaches and their programs can be found at startingovertv.com. One thing Dr Katz the psychologist said has really stuck in my mind. "Change is being a learner, if you learn you will change." My hope is that we may learn that what we've been doing to lead us here was not working and hope that we really do want to change. The notes I took were very valuble by Dr Katz (author of False Love and Other Romantic Illusions, Success Trap, and The Co-Dependency Conspiracy), and authors Iyanla Vanzant (www.innervisionsworldwide.com) and Rhoonda Britten (www.FearlessLiving.org). If anyone is interested in me sharing the notes I took, I would be happy to.
